Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including:

• LinkedIn Terms of Service: You acknowledge that automated messaging via LinkedIn is subject to LinkedIn’s terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with LinkedIn’s Professional Community Policies and User Agreement.
• Anti-Spam Laws: You must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and any other applicable anti-spam legislation. You will not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages to recipients who have opted out.
• Prohibited Activities: You may not use the Service for harassment, fraud, impersonation, or any illegal activity. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service’s infrastructure.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will require a paid subscription to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate outreach messages, lead scores, and suggested actions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and may require your review and editing.
• You are solely responsible for all messages sent through the Service, including AI-generated content, and their compliance with applicable laws.
• AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. You retain ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Outboundeasy and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes during your subscription.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and third-party service outages (LinkedIn, email providers) may affect functionality. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days after termination, after which it may be deleted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outboundeasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outboundeasy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
